All sales of digital resources on our application CBSE WARRIORS are considered final and nonrefundable. This policy is in place because, unlike physical products, digital files (PDFs, Word Documents, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we encourage you to review product details and ask any questions before making a purchase.

1.1: Exceptions

We will make exceptions to our no-refund policy in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If you encounter any issues due to technical problems, please contact us at agilelearning30@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the technical issue or provide an alternative solution.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 30 days of the duplicate purchase. We will process and send you another digital product in exchange.
